These terms apply to the public website. Any paid project is governed by the written proposal, agreement or invoice accepted for that specific work.
Website use
You may browse the website, link to public pages and contact Merki Studio about a possible project.
You may not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse private demo links or copy the service as your own.
Project discussions
A message, call or private demo does not create a paid project by itself. Work starts only when the relevant proposal or agreement is accepted in writing.
Private demos are prepared for review and decision-making. They should not be published, resold or presented as final work without written permission.
Pricing and results
If a proposal includes prices, it will explain the scope, currency, taxes where applicable, payment schedule and deliverables for that project.
Merki Studio can improve structure, copy, implementation and measurement, but does not guarantee search ranking, sales volume or third-party platform behavior unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Content and responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing truthful business information, required permissions and any sector-specific legal requirements that apply to their own activity.
Merki Studio may refuse work that depends on misleading claims, unlawful data use or sending unsolicited commercial messages without a lawful basis.
